Friends of Cyrus II serves adults with various needs including developmental disabilities, behavioral difficulties, as well as medical conditions and limitations. Our team continuously works to find constructive manifestations of negative behaviors so that the people we work with not only overcome challenges, but also convert them into positive accomplishments.
Direct Support Staff provide behavior management, respite, and personal care services year round in the comfort of our clients’ homes.
Our Direct Support Staff members are born caregivers and teachers, trained to understand each individual client’s needs.
Community Based Supports ensure that consumers are transported in and around the community and integrated into a selection of recreational activities. Our clients learn life skills, build healthy social skills and develop relationships with others. Time in the community enhances awareness about dangers to be avoided and opportunities to be enjoyed. Direct Support Professionals provide 1-1 supervision to both guide and teach, according to each individual’s level of need.
