Our History

Friends of Cyrus II was founded in 2013 by Kamelia Kameli and Daren Singhani. Kamelia, a seasoned healthcare professional and the mother of an adult son with autism, is deeply attuned to the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Daren, the former CEO of a healthcare staffing company, brings decades of executive management experience to the organization.

Since its inception, Friends of Cyrus II has provided residential and day services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across New Jersey, striving to enhance the lives of those it serves through compassionate, person-centered care.
