Kamelia Kameli, MA, LNHA

Cofounder & Chief Executive Officer

Kamelia has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, having led business development projects for programs supporting children with disabilities, specialty nursing home units, medical adult day care, partial hospital programs, and foreign nursing placements. She is highly skilled in fundraising, grant writing, and community and political outreach.

Kamelia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling, along with certifications as an Assisted Living Administrator and a Nursing Home Administrator. She is also a Certified PCT Trainer (Personal Control and Defensive Techniques) and the mother of an adult son with Autism.

Daren Singhani

Cofounder & Chairman of the Board

Daren Singhani is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in finance, human resources, and management. With a proven track record of leading successful organizations, he has consistently driven growth and operational excellence in a variety of sectors.

Daren earned his MBA in Finance from Columbia University, where he honed his skills in strategic financial planning and decision-making. He is a respected member of the CEO Circle and the American College of Healthcare Executives, where he engages with industry leaders and stays at the forefront of healthcare management best practices.

Throughout his career, Daren has demonstrated exceptional leadership and financial acumen, making him a valuable asset to the Friends of Cyrus II executive team. His extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex financial operations helps to steer the agency toward continued success and growth.

Sandip Patel

Chief Financial Officer

Sandip Patel is responsible for financial planning and driving decisions that support the agency’s growth. With a deep understanding of financial and operational metrics, he leads strategic initiatives to optimize capital allocation across functional and organizational levels. Drawing on over 14 years of extensive financial and managerial experience, Sandip is skilled in plan development, scalable strategies, and building financial systems to fuel the agency’s growth.

Before joining Friends of Cyrus II, Sandip held leadership roles at prominent firms, including Lehman Brothers’ Global Real Estate Group, Situs, and UBS Investment Bank’s Real Estate Finance Group. His vast expertise in Financial Management makes him a valuable asset to the Friends of Cyrus II Executive Team.
