Kamelia has been involved in the healthcare industry for more than fifteen years. She has led the business development projects of programs for children with disabilities, specialty nursing home units, medical adult day care, partial hospital programs and foreign nursing placements. She has extensive experience in developing fundraising campaigns, grant writing as well as community and political outreach.
Kamelia holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Counseling. She is also a Certified Assisted Living Administrator and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Additionally, she is a Certified PCT Trainer (Personal Control and Defensive Techniques.) Kamelia also has an adult son with Autism.

As a teenager, Jessica was introduced to the world of intellectual and developmental disabilities while working at a summer camp for children with autism and Down Syndrome. In the years since, she has amassed extensive experience in facilitating transitions to less restrictive environments through community-based programming, the management and training of professional staff, and the implementation and assessment of accountability systems to ensure program integrity.
Luke Rattan brings over 30 years of direct experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Starting in the field as a Senior Group Home Manager in Long Island, New York, Luke ultimately embarked on a career at a nonprofit agency in New Jersey, and assumed a variety of ascending roles. Some of these included Administrator for Residential Services, Director of Quality Assurance, and Assistant Executive Director.
Luke has lived and worked on three continents, and cites “providing opportunities to all, motivating others and empowering our individuals to learn, grow and enhance their ability to integrate in all phases of society,” as his most important objective.
Shalini has fifteen years of experience as the Controller and Financial Analyst for various IT companies, restaurant franchises, logistics, and the pharmaceutical industry. Shalini has taken on the responsibility for the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting functions. She will guide the company’s financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures as well as establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
