Adult Day Program Services in the Heart of New Jersey
Friends of Cyrus II currently operates an adult day program in Medford, New Jersey. Our Day Habilitation Services assist our clients in all aspects of daily living. When an individual joins us, our team conducts person-centered planning meetings to identify the most growth-oriented activities for each individual.
Activities in the community include vocational training and volunteer work, art, music and recreation, physical fitness, utilizing community resources and computer training.
Daily living skills include communication and social skills, hygiene, cooking, cleaning, laundry, money management when appropriate, and leisure.
Other activities include art/music therapy, recreation, pet therapy, physical fitness and computer training.
Friends of Cyrus II’s 9,000 square foot Adult Day Program is located on 10 acres of crisp, wooded land in the heart of Medford, NJ. With outdoor walking trails, multiple classrooms, and a kitchen for cooking lessons, we have plenty of resources to keep our clients active and engaged in meaningful ways throughout the day.
Hours: Medford adult day habilitation services will be offered Mon-Fri, 10 am – 3 pm.
Staff Ratio: Our center-based staff to client ratio is 1:6 (1:1 to 1:3 staff to client ratio can be provided, depending on the individual’s support needs and available funding.)

Friends of Cyrus II’s 13,000 square foot Adult Day Program in Tabernacle, NJ has 7 acres of sprawling farmland perfect for outdoor horticultural activities.
Our incredible Day Habilitation team has developed numerous community integration programs and a full curriculum including: Job skills training, job coaching, supported employment, creative arts, horticulture activities, cooking lessons, recreational activities, volunteering opportunities, and so much more!
Staff will provide program participants the opportunity to develop agricultural skills by learning how to cultivate eggs, plants, and flowers. The Tabernacle Day Program will maintain 2 chicken coops housing up to 18 chickens, a green house, and several raised planting beds for flowers and herbs.
Millstone, NJ
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 3PM
Friends of Cyrus II’s brand new Adult Day Habilitation center in Millstone Township has over 10,500 square feet to provide the quality service we strive for our individuals.
This upcoming program will provide the necessary tools and teachings for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in order for them to live full and purposeful lives!
There is plenty of space around back for a multitude of outdoor activities. We hope to continue our strategies from our other day programs with this new one! This can include, but is not limited to horticulture, creative art, cooking lessons, volunteer opportunities, and pre-vocational training.
